If you feel like your space could be more fun, functional, or fresh, you've come to the right place. I specialize in taking on short-term, easy projects that are driving you crazy!
Here are some of my favorite ways to help my clients.
De-Cluttering and Organizing
It's a fact of life: before you can decorate, you have to declutter. And no one enjoys it. Let me help you clear your countertops, clean out your cabinets, and decipher your drawers. You'll feel better, and you'll have more room to showcase things that are beautiful and meaningful to you.
Styling (bookshelves, offices, hutches, etc.)
Let me help you tell the story of your life. I'll showcase your prized possessions—books, ceramics, vases, artwork, sculptures, photos, and anything else you love—so your memories are beautifully displayed around your home.

Re-arranging your room
Sometimes a fresh eye is all you need to make your space feel "new" again. I will assess your furniture and room measurements, and determine if there's a better way to use your space.
Finishing a room
Feel like your space is missing something? The little things—pillows, vases, artwork, bedding, etc.—make a big difference in how your place feels. Let me find the right accessories to complete your room.
Finding the Perfect . . .
. . . Sofa? Rug? Artwork? Don't overwhelm yourself with the endless choices out there. Whatever you need, I will find options that fit your style and your room. I am already familiar with major brands (and hidden gems), so let me put my knowledge to work for you.
Decor Diagnosis
Sometimes you don't know exactly what's wrong. You sense your space isn't working anymore, but you can't identify the problem. I can help you diagnose what could be looking (or working) better, then make a plan for how to fix it.
Process & Rate

While fully staged homes may sell more quickly than houses that are not staged, we know that not every seller can vacate their home before selling it—and full professional staging is not in everyone’s budget.
There is an alternative.
Our Spruce Up to Sell service helps you present your home in the best way possible, using the furniture you already have. Our goal is to attract a wide range of buyers by making your home look fresh, functional, and cohesive, highlighting what’s great about your house while diverting attention away from its shortcomings. All while working with what you have, so you don’t have to make a big investment in professional staging. We will develop a customized, documented plan to guide you each step of the way.
Here's how it works . . .
Step 1: Initial Conversation
We'll talk with your agent (and/or you) to find out a bit more about your home (size, number of rooms, targeted sale date, etc.).
Step 2: Proposal
We'll send you a proposal for your to review and sign, then set up a date for the walk through. A $150 deposit is due upon signing the proposal.
Step 3: In-person Walk Through
We will walk through your home with you and your agent, looking closely at each room and taking photos. We'll make some recommendations on the spot, others will come later in your customized written plan.
Step 4: Customized Written Spruce Up Plan
Within 4 days after your Walk Through, we'll send you a written plan that documents all our recommendations for each room in your space. These recommendations will include:

Areas to de-clutter and de-personalize.

Where to add fresh paint or removable wallpaper. This plan will include up to four basic paint color recommendations; more colors can be sourced for an additional fee.

Where to re-arrange (or remove) furniture.

How to give each room a clear purpose.

Easy decor enhancements (updating light fixtures, pillows, decor, bedding, artwork, etc.). This plan includes general suggestions; specific items can be sourced for you for an additional fee. Please see below.
Step 5: In-person Plan Review
We will visit your home again, reviewing each recommendation in the written plan so you understand how to make your home look its best.
Pricing for Walk Through and Spruce Up plan (steps 1-5)*
Small/medium homes: $750 flat rate
(2-3 bed, living room, dining room, kitchen)
Larger homes: $950 flat rate
(4+ bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room)
*These fees are for houses within 15 miles of Oakland. Extra fees may be charged for homes farther away.

Some clients prefer to execute their plan themselves. For those who don't, we can help!
Sourcing Decor Items

Depending on your situation, you might need new/additional decor items. Working with your plan and within your budget, we will find the items that are right for your home, then send you the links to purchase (or purchase them for you). Our goal is for you to love the decor you buy, so you can take it with you to your next place!

Materials Selection

If your plan includes updating tile, flooring, etc., we will source options for you that are economical and on-trend.

On-site Styling before Open House

After you have rearranged, decluttered and purchased items according to your plan, we will come to your home to pull it all together. We will style your bookshelves, tables, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms creating magazine-worthy vignettes that show your house as stylish and organized—and making buyers eager to live there!

$200 for 2-hour styling session ($100 per each additional hour)
